Publishing quarterly consolidated Financial Results under Regulation 33(3)(b) of LODR
Regulatory Provision
Listed entities which are banking/ insurance companies or having subsidiary may submit consolidated Financial results However, they shall continnue to submit the standalone Financial Results as required under Regulation 33(3)(a) of LODR.

Extended period- June 30, 2020 on voluntary basis
